These general Terms and Conditions of Use (the “Terms and Conditions of Use”) constitute a legal agreement between:
(a) You (“You” and “Your”) and BeautDoozy.com (the “Company” and "its") governing Your use of https://www.beautdoozy.com and all associated web pages owned by the Company (collectively named, the “Website”).
(b) “We” and “Us” mean both You and the Company.
(c) All goods that are offered for sale on the Website are “Products.”
You may purchase Products on the Website and Your purchase of any tangible goods are governed by this Section along with Additional Terms and Conditions of Use that may apply to all that is offered on the Website (including but not limited to sales, licenses, contests, sweepstakes, invitations, courses, workshops, individual sessions, or other similar features) and therefore are made a part of the Terms and Conditions of Use by this reference. You agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions of Use.
All information provided by You to the Company during the checkout process must be truthful, accurate, and complete for the purposes for which such information is requested. By providing payment information to the Company, You represent and warrant that You are the authorized owner of such payment method.
The Company respects certain legal rights that You have with respect to Your order under applicable consumer protection laws. For more information, read through the Terms and Conditions of Use or contact us.
1.1 ∼ PRODUCTS and PRICING
All Products listed on the Website are subject to change, as is Product information, pricing, and availability. The Company reserves the right, at any time, to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Website feature or the sale of any Product with or without notice. You agree that the Company is not liable to You or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of any Website feature or Product. In the event a Product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, the Company has the right, prior to the fulfillment of Your order, to decline or to cancel any such order.
1.2 ∼ PAYMENT TERMS
For each Product that You order on the Website, You agree to pay the price applicable for the Product quoted at the time You submit Your order, the delivery fees for the delivery service that is available, and any applicable taxes and fees You are responsible for. Without limiting the foregoing sentence, the Company may reject all or a portion of Your order because of:
(a) Unavailability of the ordered Product for purchase;
(b) Errors in the Product pricing or description information; or
(c) Recall of the Product or its cancellation.
Shipment and processing of payment for each Product in Your order constitute the Company’s acceptance of this portion of Your order. The Company automatically bills the credit card You submitted as part of the order process for such amounts, and You hereby authorize the Company to do so. You are solely responsible for the payment of all taxes (other than taxes directly imposed on the Company’s business activity), fees, duties, other governmental charges, and any related penalties and interest arising from the Product You purchase, that are not withheld by the Company.
1.3 ∼ ORDERS
By selecting a Product and any of the features required to complete Your selection, by providing Your method of payment, and completing the steps required of You during the checkout process, You can place an Order for a Product on the Website. You may receive an email confirming that such Order is received by the Company. However:
(a) Confirmation of any such order provided to You by the Company does not constitute an acceptance of Your Order; and
(b) Accepting or rejecting any Order is a right reserved by the Company, at its sole discretion.
The Company may require additional verifications or information before accepting any Order. Your receipt of an Order confirmation from the Company does not constitute the Company’s obligation to fulfill the Order. The Company reserves the right, at any time after receipt of Your Order, to accept, decline or to cancel Your Order, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion.
Notwithstanding the aforementioned, You agree that if the Company cancels the whole or part(s) of Your Order, Your remedies are that the Company:
(c) Issues a Store Credit in the amount charged to Your credit card for the cancelled whole or part(s) of Your Order (if Your credit card is already charged); or
(d) Does not charge Your credit card for the cancelled whole or part(s) of Your Order.
By placing an Order for Products on the Website, and by confirming Your Order at the conclusion of the checkout process, You agree to pay the Company the total amount set at the time that You confirm Your Order.
The Company reserves the right to reject Your Order where the price of an ordered Product has changed or was misstated on the Website. You may be provided an opportunity to accept such price change and continue with Your Order or decide to cancel it.
(e) Currency converter - All prices quoted on the Website (including the prices for Products, shipping, applicable taxes and fees) are originally in Canadian dollars (CAD). On the Website, a currency converter displays the local currency of Your geo-location at the time of Your visit to the Website.
The currency converter is an application that functions independently from the Company. The Company is not liable for any of the conversion rates and does not profit from any of said rates or other fees. The currency converter is displayed solely to facilitate Your shopping experience.
2. SHIPPING
The Company and its Third-Party Contractors ship worldwide where mentioned in these Terms and Conditions of Use.
Once Your order is placed, please allow 4-10 business days for processing.
You will receive a Tracking Number by email when Your order has shipped. To track Your order, download the Shop App
Shipping typically takes 2-4 weeks depending on the final destination. Due to unpredictable disruptions within distribution channels, shipping times may vary and not be what is normally expected.
3. UNIQUE PRODUCTS ∙ by BEAUTDOOZY
3.1 ∼ SHIPPING ∙ by the Company
The Company SHIPS ONLY UNIQUE PRODUCTS (defined as one-of-a-kind, handmade, vintage or new décor accessories, etc.).
(a) Delivery
The Company stipulates an estimated delivery date and uses all reasonable efforts to ensure that the Unique Products are delivered within the estimated timeframe. However, the Company does not have any liability towards You if the Unique Products are delivered later, but notifies you as soon as causes for substantial delays are available.
For each order, Unique Products are sent via the shipping method You selected and that is agreed to by the Company. However, the Company has the right to choose another carrier and shipping method, providing the services of the carrier and/or the shipping method are of similar quality, and offer a similar delivery date than the ones You selected.
The Company is not obliged to find the correct address for the delivery. If the correct address is not provided by You, and there are multiple residents at the provided address, there cannot be a warranty that the delivery of the Unique Products is received by the correct recipient.
(b) Tracking
If You select a Tracked Shipment for Your order (if and when available) the Company bears the risks of loss and/or damages of the Unique Products during transportation.
(c) No Tracking
If You select an Untracked Shipment for Your order (if and when this is the only option) the Unique Products are considered delivered to You from the moment the Company turns them over to a common carrier, and the risks of loss and/or damages incurred during transportation, are transferred to You.
(d) Customs and Taxes
With respect to international shipments, You are the importer of the Unique Products on record for the Customs Agency of Your country. You are therefore responsible for assuming Customs clearance of the Unique Products and for the payment of any or all related taxes and fees.
3.2 ∼ RETURNS ∙ to the Company
(e) Unique Products
The Company does not represent or warrant that any Unique Product description, image, or other such content on the Website is at all times accurate, complete, reliable, or current. If You deem that the Unique Product You purchase on the Website is not as described on the Website, Your first step is to contact the Company.
You may be asked to provide proofs of how the Unique Product You have received, is different from its description on the Website. To the extent legally permissible, the only warranties and conditions provided to You with respect to any particular Unique Product, are those described here.
(f) If You receive a Unique Product that is not the one You purchased, You must immediately contact the Company and return the Unique Product within four (4) days following the date You received it. All Unique Product Returns must be:
- Unused (e.g., not worn, washed, damaged or altered in any way); and - Shipped in accordance with the instructions given by the Company; and - Authorized by the Company.
Unauthorized Returns of Unique Products are not refunded or credited to Your account, and the Company may dispose of them at its own discretion.
3.3 ∼ REFUNDS ∙ by the Company
The Company accepts Returns of Unique Products for full or partial Refunds in the following situations:
- Damaged or defective Unique Product, providing You opted for a Tracked Shipment at the time of purchase; or - A Unique Product is not as described on the Website when you ordered it.
You may be asked to provide proofs of the Unique Product as being damaged, defective or different from their description on the Website when You ordered them. Following an evaluation of each case, the Company issues a full or partial Refund, the amount of which is at its own discretion.
3.4 ∼ CREDITS ∙ by the Company
(g) Issued Credit
Excluding Gift cards, a store Credit can only be used for future purchases of Unique Products on the Website, and must be used in the same category. Credit for returned Unique Products can be used only to purchase Unique Products.
Credits are not transferable to other Accounts and as such, they do not constitute property. You do not have a vested property right or interest in the Credits.
(h) Terminated Credit
The Company reserves the right to suspend or Terminate the Account of any User it believes is engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or inappropriate conduct in relation to any offer or promotion, including without limitation, using multiple user accounts or email addresses to meet promotion or offer requirements, using false names, impersonating others, sharing personal information of others, including email addresses or mobile phone numbers without consent, or engaging in any other fraudulent or misleading conduct.
You agree to forfeit any Credits, coupons, prizes, or benefits as a result of any fraudulent, illegal, or inappropriate conduct. The Company reserves the right to void any such granted Credits, coupons, prizes or benefits, if it suspects that these are derived in a fraudulent manner, a manner that violates these Terms and Conditions of Use or the terms of the offer or promotion, or in a manner otherwise not intended by the Company.
In addition, any fraudulent, illegal, or inappropriate conduct in relation to any offer or promotion, may subject You to liability for civil and/or criminal penalties under applicable law. If the Company Terminates Your account for any reason, any Credit balance in Your account is automatically cancelled. Account balances are determined by the Company and such determination is final, except as prohibited by applicable law.
3.5 ∼ SPECIAL SALES ∙ by the Company
Unique Products on Special Sales can not be returned or refunded.
(i) The Company creates and designs Prints but does not manufacture Printed Products.
With facilities in different countries, PRINTFUL manufactures on-demand Printed Products and ships them directly to You from the facility closest to Your geo-location. It is recommended that You keep the shipment package from PRINTFUL until You are fully satisfied with Your order.
(j) PRINTFUL's Policy
- Misprinted, Damaged, or Defective Products: Any claim must be submitted within twenty (20) days after the Product is received.
- Lost Packages in transit: All claims must be submitted no later than twenty (20) days after the shipping date.
- Errors on PRINTFUL's part: Claims are covered at PRINTFUL's expense.
- Return Shipment: PRINTFUL usually requires a photo(s) to be submitted with Your explanation of the problem. It is recommended to always include photos to avoid delays.
You must return Your on-demand Printed Products to the PRINTFUL's address that is on Your shipment package. Note that the Company is not informed of which facility PRINTFUL uses and ships Your package from.
DO NOT RETURN these Products to the Company which is not liable for them.

(k) The Company creates and designs Art but does not manufacture the Giclées Products.
With facilities in different countries, GELATO manufactures on-demand Art Giclées and ships them directly to You from the facility closest to Your geo-location.
(l) GELATO's Policy
- Color Consistency: Multiple factors influence the color, consistency, and final results. Color variations that may occur, lie within acceptable tolerance levels and are not covered under GELATO's quality guarantee.
- Quality Guarantee: The Company works with GELATO on Your behalf. If You’re not satisfied with the quality of the products You receive,
- You must get in touch with the Company (NOT GELATO) within ten (10) days of Your reception of the Products. The Company forwards Your claim to GELATO. If it is validated by GELATO's quality assurance team, GELATO will send directly to You a complimentary replacement order as fast as possible.
- Damaged or Defective Products: Products considered defective or damaged due to transportation or GELATO's errors, are replaced free of charge by GELATO, after the Company submits a new order on Your behalf to GELATO.
- Unclaimed or Rejected Products: If the shipment is rejected during the delivery, the shipment is returned to GELATO, where it is disposed of at its own discretion. You do not get a refund or a replacement for Your order.
- Refunds or Returns: GELATO does not support Returns because Your order is produced uniquely On-Demand, per Your request.
The Company does not benefit in any way from its Manufacturing Partners' shipping rates. These rates are billed to the Company which in turn, adds them to Your purchase.
